Go Escape
More games to play
Go Escape is a one-button arcade game where you guide a rolling ball through levels packed with spikes, moving platforms, and instant-kill traps. One tap jumps, everything else tries to end your run. It plays free in the browser with no download and no account. Whether you have five minutes at school or an hour at home, the game is ready when you are.
What is Go Escape?
Go Escape is a minimalist arcade game built around a single mechanic: jump over or past anything that can kill you. You control a ball that rolls forward automatically. Your only input is the left mouse button (or a tap on mobile), which lifts the ball into the air for a moment. The levels fill that space with spikes fixed to floors and ceilings, platforms that slide back and forth, and gaps that open at the worst time. Clear a level and the next one arrives harder and faster. The design is clean and the difficulty is real.
Controls and timing
The full control scheme fits in one row. Timing that single input is where all the skill lives.
| Action | Desktop | Mobile |
|---|---|---|
| Jump | Left mouse button click | Tap anywhere on screen |
| Land / fall | Release (automatic) | Release (automatic) |
| Restart after death | Click / tap | Tap |
Hazards you will face
Each level introduces obstacles in new combinations. Knowing what each one does helps you stay calm when two appear at once.
| Hazard | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Fixed spikes | Sit in one spot on the floor or ceiling; require a clean jump over or under |
| Moving platforms | Slide horizontally or vertically; the gap they leave opens and closes on a cycle |
| Spike clusters | Groups of spikes in tight sequences that punish a single mis-timed jump |
| Narrow passages | Low ceilings that limit how high you can jump without hitting the roof |
Tips for clearing harder levels
- Watch one full cycle of any moving platform before you jump into it. The rhythm is consistent.
- Short taps produce lower jumps. Hold slightly longer for extra height, but not so long you hit a ceiling spike.
- After a death, pause for a second before clicking to restart. Rushing tends to mean another quick death.
- The ball's speed does not change between levels, but the gaps get tighter. Trust your timing rather than speeding up your reactions.
- On mobile, tap near the center of the screen so your thumb does not block the hazards ahead.
